Mark has recently received his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate’s License, and has joined SDR Properties of Dade County, Inc. His background in sales and management makes him a valued member of our team.
Mark is an American Fitness Professional Association (AFPA) certified, and Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) trained, Strength Consultant, with several years of combined research and experience as a Personal Trainer, Rehabilitation Specialist, and Physical Therapy Aide. He worked as a Rehabilitation Specialist and Physical Therapy Aide at Miami Children’s Hospital, and as a Strength Consultant and Personal Trainer at several area fitness centers over the years. Mark began his own company, MJ High Energy Training over four years ago. He joined the Biltmore Fitness Center as an Independent Trainer in 2008, where he currently trains his clients. Mark continued to expand his education through the AFPA to include healthcare services related to senior fitness and diabetes, and worked with the Diabetes Research Institute to develop a comprehensive fitness program for his diabetic and senior clients. His training programs, which he designs specifically for each client, has helped them lead healthier, more productive lifestyles with better nutrition, increased energy, and greater strength.
Mark lives in the Coral Gables with his wife, Michele, an up and coming young Florida Attorney. Mark and his wife enjoy a healthy lifestyle with many outdoor activities such as surfing, running, biking and skiing.
Holding positions of responsibility in various fitness studios, from sales to management, and successfully owning and operating MJ High Energy Training for over four years, has given Mark the opportunity to expand his education to become a Real Estate Sales Associate, and to transfer his experience to SDR Properties of Dade County, Inc. Just as he has developed training programs designed specifically for each client, he will provide that same commitment and high quality service to his Real Estate clientele.
